One response to “Greatness Without Customers?”

  1. Excellent points,Tom. And it’s amazing how many companies are just guessing as to what their customers want rather than going out and continually asking what would help.

There’s just no way to know what your customers want without asking them… and asking them, and asking them. Their needs change on a monthly and yearly basis, so your listening should be constant and attentive. If your customers have blogs, you should read them. If they Twitter, you should follow them. Friend them on Facebook. Go where they are and listen!
